Kirsten and I had another photo shoot earlier last week!
I've been saving these photos for today's post, and I think they turned out really well too.
So brace yourselves for a photo barrage!

This outfit features my new favorite skirt. I thrifted it for $2 and then whipped out the scissors and made it into a uniquely cut skirt! Okay, and I'll admit, I actually messed up. Haha, it was supposed to be a high-low hem, but then I cut out the back too on accident! However, I tried it on and ended up liking it anyway. I'm not sure what kind of cut you'd call this...does anyone know?
So Kirsten and I hung out for the day and she told me about this cool, abandoned warehouse area that had railroad tracks nearby and I told her "Well let's go then!"
I've always wanted to take pictures on a railroad track. To me, they symbolize a traveler's dreams and hopes of exploring the world they live in. And if you know me, you know my dream is to travel the world one day.
So I'd cut my old teal maxi skirt into a high-low hem too (this time, doing it right!) and brought it over so Kirsten could model it. Added on my gold headband to her, and she looked like a visiting fairy princess!

She can pull off bohemian really well, huh?
Haha, I think I may have just influenced her style. She's usually a jeans and tee kind of girl, but after pushing her to wear my skirt, she kept saying "Wow, I feel really good in this."
There's a hippie in all of us, I'm sure. :)
Happy Thursday everyone!
Its almost Friday!
