I didn't think I could possibly fall more in love with American Eagle pants until I saw these jeggings.
They struck the perfect balance between emerald and teal, and had a bold stripe going down each leg. I scrolled over to see the price, and I'm fairly certain I heard dramatic, joyful music start playing in the background. $19.99 and free shipping. And I'd just earned myself an additional 15% off through my AERewards card. It was kismet. It was love at first sight.
I knew I had to have them. So into the online shopping cart it went (along with a few other items, I won't lie).
This is how I wore the teal jeggings out for the first time, and I couldn't help admiring the rich color every time I passed a reflective surface. Paired with my skull scarf, some awesome spiked earrings, and combat boots, I think I've integrated these trendy bottoms into my edgier style. I can't wait to get more use out of them!
On a side note, you know that cute guy I mentioned a couple posts ago?
Yeah, he's still giving me that look every class we have together. Seriously, I'll just glance up randomly, and he'll catch my eye and shoot me a knowing grin. It feels like high school all over again. I don't know what to do! Maybe it was the teal jeans...I mean, who wouldn't develop a crush on them, right?
I'm intrigued to get to know him, but scared - which is why I'm always dashing out the door like Cinderella at midnight when class ends. I don't even give him a chance to talk to me. I guess that's my new defense system now.

High five, I have these same jeggings! (Haha, we're american eagle twinsies, I swear. We both go for the same items from them.) I still haven't figured out how to style my pair, I keep falling towards a formal look so I love that you went in a different direction and toughed these up with those awesome boots and the skull scarf. (Inspiration, yay!) You have the coolest style, I know I've said this but I love how you incorporate a tough edge into your outfits but there is always a sweet edge as well.
And ooooh, a cute boy? You have to stop running away after class and hang around, he could end up being sweet AND cute! (And anytime a guy plays the glancing game, he's totally interested.) I'll cross my fingers for you girl. :)
